You've eaten your turkey and, if you're smart, you've boiled it down to an addictive soup. Your short foray into big game birds is over and that stuffing is just a gobble of the past.
So, I welcome you back to the land of pork with a proper PIG ROAST.  Yes, as a part of the NEW TASTE MARKETPLACE, a market to benefit the SF Food Pantry @ St. Gregory's in Potrero Hill, I am roasting up a 37 lb swine.   The market is stocked with 20 vendors including, a cheese maker, a vegan pastry chef from Millennium, and the chef at Monk's Kettle.  For the full lineup, please click here
