Is This A Snapshot of SF via Brooklyn?

Brooklyn opens up a Mission Dolores Bar (based on SF's Mission Dolores District) in Park Slope.

Not surprisingly, Brooklyn is following SF's lead (re: Blue Bottle in Williamsburg). Looks a far cry from Zeitgeist.  But fun nonetheless. Thoughts?
